Coffee Banana Smoothie



-3 to 4 tablespoons instant coffee powder

-1 cup milk (nonfat okay)

-1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

-1 cup frozen bananas

Pour liquid ingredients into the blender first. Yogurt is a liquid ingredient. Add bananas. Put cover on and blend until smooth.
